Ten years, four industries, over a hundred events — I'm the consultant teams call when they want more than good organisation: they want an event that works for them. What sets me apart: I don't think in logistics, I think in objectives. Hospitality runs in my blood, and I've built events from the inside: fintech, coworking, coliving, Web3, non-profit. What you get — a partner who understands your business objective before thinking about the venue, solid architecture, a clear strategy, and an experience people remember for the right reasons.
I work primarily as a consultant: strategy, scoping and vendor selection. On certain projects, and depending on my availability, I also execute on the ground.

Employer Branding
Culture as your edge
At N26, I took over the events experience side of employer branding. Created Talk26, a global meetup series that scaled from Berlin to Barcelona to New York. Ran sponsorships and conference activations that supported recruitment. This was the first job I really wanted—where I learned how to build culture through intentional events.
Every project above shaped my consulting approach. Through employer branding, community building, Web3 events, and cultural programming, I learned what actually works. Now I guide others through that same journey, bringing best practices, vendor relationships, and a deeper understanding of what drives meaningful gatherings.
